切开复位内固定术与保守治疗闭合性肱骨干骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析切开复位内固定术与保守治疗闭合性肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法选取永城市人民医院骨科2020年1月至2020年12月收治的60例闭合性肱骨干骨折患者为研究对象,按照患者意愿分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取保守治疗,观察组采取切开复位内固定术治疗,均随访9个月并比较两组上肢功能障碍指数、关节活动度、生存质量评分、骨折不愈合率、并发症发生率。结果两组随访9个月时上肢功能障碍指数、关节活动度、生存质量评分均较本组治疗前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组骨折不愈合率(3.33%)、并发症发生率(10.00%),与对照组(6.67%、6.67%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在闭合性肱骨干骨折治疗中切开复位内固定术与保守治疗效果相当。Objective To analyze the efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation and conservative treatment of closed humeral shaft fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with closed humeral shaft fractures admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Yongcheng People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the patient’s wishes,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative treatment,and the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Both groups were followed up for 9 months.The upper limb dysfunction index,range of motion,quality of life score,fracture nonunion rate,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 9 months of follow-up,the upper limb dysfunction index,range of motion,and quality of life score of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The fracture nonunion rate(3.33%)and complication rate(10.00%)in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(6.67%and 6.67%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of closed humeral shaft fracture is equivalent to that of conservative treatment.
