微信护理群建立对提高门诊换药室工作效率及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨建立微信护理群对门诊换药室工作效率及护理满意度的影响。方法选取漯河市中心医院门诊护师22名,于2019年12月至2020年12月在门诊换药室采用传统口头传递信息的模式,2021年1月至2022年1月使用微信护理群传递信息。比较微信护理群使用前后门诊换药室工作效率、工作质量、不良事件发生率、护理人员工作压力、护师满意度、患者护理满意度。结果使用微信护理群后轻度皮擦伤、轻度褥疮、重度烧烫伤、小截肢换药时间较使用前短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用微信护理群后基础知识、操作技能、沟通能力、执行能力、防护措施、工作质量总分、工作满意度评分均较使用前高,工作压力评分较使用前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用微信护理群后患者投诉、护患纠纷、处置失误、不良事件发生率(1.32%、0.27%、0.47%、2.06%)均低于使用前(6.19%、1.52%、3.39%、11.10%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用微信护理群后患者护理满意度(95.07%)高于使用前(84.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信护理群建立可提高门诊换药室工作效率,改善工作质量,降低不良事件发生风险,还可减轻护理人员压力,提高护理人员及患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of establishing WeChat nursing changing group on the work efficiency and nursing satisfaction of outpatient dressing drug room.Methods A total of 22 outpatient nurses from Luohe Central Hospital were selected.From December 2019 to December 2020,the traditional oral delivery mode was adopted in the outpatient drug dressing changing room.From January 2021 to January 2022,WeChat nursing group was used to deliver information.The work efficiency,work quality,incidence of adverse events,work pressure of nursing staff,nurse satisfaction and patient nursing satisfaction of outpatient drug dressing changing room before and after the use of WeChat nursing group were compared.Results After using WeChat nursing group,the time for minor skin abrasion,minor bedsore,severe burn and scald,minor amputation for drug dressing change was shorter than that before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After using WeChat nursing group,the scores of basic knowledge,operation skills,communication ability,execution ability,protective measures,total score of work quality and job satisfaction were higher than that before,and the score of work pressure was lower than before,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of patient complaints,nurse-patient disputes,handling errors,and adverse events(1.32%,0.27%,0.47%,2.06%)after the use of WeChat nursing group were lower than that before(6.19%,1.52%,3.39%,11.10%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients after using WeChat nursing group(95.07%)was higher than that before(84.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of WeChat nursing group can improve the work efficiency,improve the quality of work,reduce the risk of adverse events,reduce the pressure of nursing staff,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff and patients.
