摘　　要：农村土地是农民的重要禀赋资源,农村土地流转对农户收入具有重要影响,但对转入户和转出户家庭收入及收入构成中经营性收入、工资性收入、财产性收入、转移性收入的影响不同。本文从理论上分析农村土地流转对转入户和转出户各项收入的影响,并利用2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,构建参与者平均处理效应模型,实证检验农村土地流转对转入户和转出户各项收入及家庭收入的量化影响,研究发现:(1)农村土地流转促使转入户经营性收入增长和工资性收入下降,而对财产性收入和转移性收入影响不显著,最终对家庭收入影响不显著。(2)农村土地流转促使转出户经营性收入下降、工资性收入和财产性收入增长,而对转移性收入影响不显著,最终促进家庭收入增长。(3)农村土地流转对土地要素禀赋不同地区的转入户和转出户各项收入及家庭收入的影响存在异质性。以上发现可以为完善和优化农村土地流转政策促进农民收入增长,进而推动共同富裕提供借鉴。Rural land is an important endowment resource of farmers. Rural land circulation has an important impact on the income of farmers, but it has different impacts on the income of transfer in households and transfer out households and the income composition of business income, wage income, property income and transfer income. This paper theoretically analyzes the impact of rural land transfer on the income of transfer in and transfer out households, and uses the data of the 2018 China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS) to build a participant average treatment effect model to empirically test the quantitative impact of rural land transfer on the income and household income of transfer in and transfer out households. The research finds that:(1) The transfer of rural land promotes the increase of operational income and the decrease of wage income of transfer in households, but has no significant impact on property income and transfer income, and ultimately has no significant impact on household income.(2) The transfer of rural land promotes the decrease of the operating income and the increase of the wage income and property income of the transfer out households, but has no significant impact on the transfer income, and ultimately promotes the growth of family income.(3) The influence of rural land transfer on the incomes of transfer in households and transfer out households in different regions with different land factor endowments is heterogeneous. The above findings can provide reference for improving and optimizing the rural land transfer policy to promote the growth of farmers’ income and promote common prosperity.
