摘　　要：目的评价抗帕金森药物与自杀事件之间的相关性。方法检索FAERS数据库中抗帕金森药物引起自杀事件的报告,采用报告比数比(ROR)、信息成分法(IC)、贝叶斯可信传播神经网络(BCPNN)分析抗帕金森药物与自杀事件之间的关联。结果抗帕金森病药物显著增加了自杀未遂事件的风险信号(ROR_(025)=2.19;IC_(025)=1.12;n=1502),但没有显著增加自杀完成事件的风险信号(ROR_(025)=0.60;IC_(025)=-0.56;n=238)。结论鉴于帕金森疾病本身会显著增加相关自杀的风险,在获得更科学的证据之前,应该密切监测所有帕金森患者的自杀迹象。OBJECTIVE To access the association between anti-parkinson drugs and suicide events.METHODS The data of anti-parkinson drugs caused suicide events were explored from FAERS.The report score of analogy method(ROR),information components(IC)and Bayesian credible propagation neural network(BCPNN)were used to identify the link between the drugs and suicide events.RESULTS Anti-parkinson drugs increased the risk signal of suicide attempt events considerably(ROR_(025)=2.19,IC_(025)=1.12,n=1502),but not for completed suicide events(ROR_(025)=0.60,IC_(025)=-0.56,n=238).CONCLUSION Until more scientifically evidence is available,all patients with Parkinson should be closely monitored for signs of suicide for the risk of increasing suicide attempt caused by Parkinson itself significantly.
