摘　　要：目的探讨使用磷结合剂对肾终末期疾病患者合并高磷血症治疗效果的影响因素。方法选取广州医科大学附属第二医院2018年6月1日~2021年11月30日诊断为高磷血症并使用磷结合剂治疗的肾终末期疾病患者143例,对其整个治疗过程的数据资料进行回顾性分析。依据患者的治疗效果分为治疗达标组113例,治疗不达标组30例。对比2组之间的调查数据,分析高磷血症治疗效果的影响因素。结果共有143例的患者数据纳入到调查中。年龄、BMI、透析时长、复查时间间隔和药师指导是磷结合剂治疗慢性肾脏病高磷血症效果的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肾终末期疾病合并高磷血症患者使用磷结合剂治疗可得到一定的降磷效果。年龄、BMI、透析时长、复查时间间隔以及药师指导均可能是该类患者治疗效果的影响因素,在今后的临床工作中可以进行适当的干预,进一步提升磷结合剂的疗效。OBJECTIVE To explore the influencing factors of the effect of phosphate binders in the treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease and hyperphosphatemia.METHODS The data of the whole treatment process of 143 patients with end-stage renal disease who were diagnosed with hyperphosphatemia from June 1,2018 to November 30,2021 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the treatment effect,the patients were divided into 113 cases in the treatment standard group and 30 cases in the treatment non-standard group.Compare the survey results of the two groups and analyze the influencing factors of the treatment effect of patients with hyperphosphatemia.RESULTS A total of 143 patients’data were included in the survey.Age,BMI,dialysis years,subsequent visit interval and pharmacist’s guidance were independent factors influencing the treatment effect of patients with hyperphosphatemia of chronic kidney disease(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Patients with hyperphosphatemia of end-stage renal disease can get a certain effect of reducing phosphate after treatment with phosphate binders.Age,BMI,dialysis years,subsequent visit interval and pharmacist’s guidance may be the influencing factors of the treatment effect of these patients.Appropriate interventions can be carried out in future clinical work to continue to improve the efficacy of phosphate binders.
