摘　　要：近年来,国内外涌现了大量移动医疗APP,基于APP抗凝管理新模式的研究在一定程度上验证了其有效性和安全性,并且与传统的抗凝管理模式相比,抗凝管理应用不仅可以减轻门诊医生的工作量,还可提高患者依从性、改善预后,提高口服抗凝治疗的管理质量。本研究对口服抗凝治疗APP的研究进展进行综述,分析总结了APP的功能特点,并比较了目前国内外APP的优缺点,方便用户根据自己的需求做出更好的选择。以期为相关应用的研发、应用和开发提供借鉴。In recent years,a large number of mobile medical applications(APP)have emerged at home and abroad.The research on the new management mode of anticoagulation management relying on APP has verified its effectiveness and safety to a certain extent,and compared with the traditional anticoagulation management model,anticoagulation management application has its unique advantages,not only can reduce the workload of outpatient doctors.It can also improve the compliance of patients,improve the prognosis and improve the management quality of oral anticoagulant therapy.This study summarized the research progress of oral anticoagulant management applications,analyzed and summarized the functional characteristics of the applications,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of current applications at home and abroad,so as to facilitate users to make better choices according to their needs.The study can provide reference for the research and development,application and development of related applications.
