摘  要:为解决针对预制模壳装配式框架结构连接问题,提出了预制混凝土柱钢筋搭接连接,该连接具有施工操作简便、安装效率高、预制柱构件端部不出筋等优点。通过对19组钢筋搭接连接接头开展单向拉伸试验,得到钢筋搭接连接的破坏模式、传力机理,及钢筋直径、搭接间距、搭接长度、混凝土强度和横向钢筋约束等因素的影响规律。试验结果表明:在满足试验构造、搭接长度达到基本锚固长度la的情况下,锚固于新旧混凝土的搭接钢筋可有效传力,而搭接长度为0.6la的钢筋搭接连接中钢筋与混凝土黏结不足,发生滑移破坏;当搭接长度不低于1.0la时,新旧混凝土界面及搭接钢筋接触与否对传力性能无显著影响;增加搭接长度与增强横向约束均可提高钢筋搭接传力性能。A new type of rebar lap splicing joint in precast column-column connections is proposed for the prefabricated RC frame structures with precast shells.The new connection has the advantages of simple construction operation, high installation efficiency and no reinforcement extruding from the end of precast column members.Uniaxial tension tests were carried out on 19 sets of specimens with lap splices.The failure mode and force transmission mechanism was observed and analyzed.The influences of the rebar diameter, lap splice spacing, splicing length, concrete strength and stirrup ratio were studied.The test results indicate that, when the details are well designed and the lap splice length reaches the basic anchorage length recommended by the code, e.q.la, the overlapped bars located in the new and old concrete respectively can effectively transmit force.When the lap splice length is 0.6la, the specimens failed due to bond slip.When the lap splice length reaches la, the influence can be neglected whether the lapped bars contact with each other and the concrete interface has little effect on the failure mode as well.The splicing performance can be improved by increasing splicing length or enhancing the transverse reinforcement.
