摘  要:为研究纵肋叠合剪力墙结构体系中叠合边缘构件纵向钢筋搭接传力性能,考虑钢筋端部锚固构造、后浇混凝土强度、箍筋间距等参数,设计并制作了23组共46个钢筋搭接连接的边缘构件试件并对其进行轴拉试验,得到了搭接连接破坏模式和传力机制,给出了临界搭接长度计算方法,并研究了各参数对纵筋搭接传力性能的影响。结果表明:叠合边缘构件纵筋可以采用直锚搭接,建议采用环锚搭接,可缩短搭接长度约20%,环锚搭接加强措施可进一步缩短搭接长度约20%;钢筋直锚搭接通过新旧混凝土结合面受剪传力,应严格控制新旧混凝土结合面质量;钢筋环锚搭接通过核心混凝土承压传力,受新旧混凝土结合面质量影响较小;提高混凝土强度和加密箍筋有利于搭接传力。提出的纵筋临界搭接长度计算方法可用于纵肋叠合剪力墙边缘构件的纵向钢筋,具有较好的安全储备。In order to investigate the transmission performance of the longitudinal lapped rebars in the boundary elements of composite shear wall with rib, considering anchorage structure at the end of reinforcement, strength of the post-cast concrete and the spacing of stirrups, 23 groups of 46 specimens with lapped rebars were fabricated and tested under axial tension load. Based on the test results, the failure mode and force transfer mechanism of lapped rebars were summarized, and the calculation method of critical lap length was proposed. The influence of the various parameters on the force transfer mechanism of lapped rebars were analyzed. The results show that the longitudinal steel bars of the composite edge members can be lapped by straight anchors. It is recommended to use ring anchor laps, which can shorten the lap length by about 20%, and the ring anchor lap reinforcement measures can further shorten the lap length by about 20%. The quality of old and new concrete interface should be strictly controlled since the reinforcement straight anchor transfers force through the interface of old and new concrete sheared. While the reinforcement ring anchor lap transfers force through the core concrete compression, which is affected little by the old and new concrete interface. The critical lap length of rebar decreased with the increasing of concrete strength and amount of stirrup. The proposed critical lap length calculation method can be used for longitudinal reinforcement of edge members of longitudinal rib composite shear wall, which has good safety reserve.
