摘  要:公共图书馆“场所”价值变化,是影响图书馆事业发展的重要因素。探寻国外公共图书馆“场所”价值的公众认知变化,可以知晓国际图书馆发展动态,为国内图书馆事业发展提供借鉴。文章以IFLA国际公共图书馆奖获奖者为研究对象,针对Google Maps在线评论文本,开展高词频分析、主题分析、情感分析及文化差异分析,探讨国外图书馆“场所”价值的公众认知情况。结果表明,在国外,优秀公共图书馆深受公众欢迎,整体评价极为正面;空间与场所是公众对图书馆评价认知的重要内容,图书馆的阅读场所功能仍然是公众的主流认识;随着时代变迁,图书馆的休闲场所功能日益突出,文旅融合发展成为国际图书馆发展潮流;公众的地域、语言等不同,对图书馆“场所”价值的认知存在差异;公共图书馆亦可借助各类网络平台,主动开展营销活动,不断提升图书馆形象。The change of value of library as "place" is a crucial factor that profoundly affects the future development of public library. Exploring the changes in public perception of the "place" value of foreign public libraries can help us understand the development trends of international libraries and provide reference for the development of domestic libraries. This paper takes the winners of the IFLA/Systematic Public Library of the Year Award as the research objects,and conducts high frequency words analysis, topic analysis, sentiment analysis and cultural difference analysis based on the online comment text of Google Maps, and explores the public perception of the "place" value of foreign libraries.The results show that in foreign countries, excellent public libraries are well received by the public, and the overall evaluation is extremely positive. Space and place are an important part of the public’s perception of library evaluation,and the function of the library as a reading place is still the mainstream understanding of the public. With the changes of the times, the function of the library as a leisure place has become increasingly prominent, and the integration of culture and tourism has become the trend of international library development. Different regions and languages of the public have different perceptions of the "place" value of libraries. Public libraries can also use various network platforms to actively carry out marketing activities to continuously improve the image of the library.
