国内公共图书馆“场所”价值的公众认知研究——基于大众点评网在线评论文本分析

摘　　要：从公众需求侧角度探究公共图书馆的“场所”价值,能够为图书馆事业发展提供新思路。文章对大众点评网上的970所公共图书馆的网络评论进行文本挖掘,综合运用Python等工具进行高频词分析、服务主题分析和情感分析,探究公众认知对公共图书馆场所价值的认知。研究结果表明,我国公共图书馆“场所”受到公众普遍喜爱,阅读、文化与终身学习的场所价值最为显著,不同地域存在差异,但儿童服务与文旅融合发展的场所价值日益突出。Exploring the value of public library as "place" from the perspective of the public demand can provide new ideas for the development of Librarianship. This paper conducts textual mining of the online reviews of 970 public libraries on Dianping.com, and comprehensively used Python and other techniques for high-frequency word analysis, service theme analysis and sentiment analysis, to explore the public perception of the value of public library as "place".The results reveal that public libraries are generally favored by the public, the value of public library as a place for traditional reading, participating in culture activities and lifelong learning is the most prominent, there is a significant regional gap in the value, and the value of public library as children’s services and cultural tourism integration development place is becoming more prominent.
