胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术后患者应用气阀改进型气垫床的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术后患者应用气阀改进型气垫床的效果。方法将金华市中心医院心胸外科2020年1—12月期间收治的82例胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术后患者均分为对照组(常规气垫床)和观察组(气阀改进型气垫床),比较两组气垫床维护情况、压力性损伤发生率及不适症状发生率的统计学差异。结果观察组单人累计翻身次数、气垫床充气次数、压力性损伤发生率及睡眠不佳、腰痛、肢体麻木发生率均低于对照组,气垫床单次充气使用时长高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术后患者应用气阀改进型气垫床的效果较好,有助于改善气垫床维护情况、控制患者压力性损伤发生率及睡眠不佳、腰痛、肢体麻木等不适症状发生率。Objective The effect of modified air cushion bed with air valve for patients after pulmonary bullous surgery was analyzed.Methods 82 patients after thoracoscopic bullae resection admitted to the Cardiothoracic Surgery Department of Jinhua Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into the control group(conventional air cushion bed)and the observation group(improved air cushion bed with air valve).The statistical differences between the two groups in the maintenance of air cushion bed,the incidence of pressure injury and the incidence of discomfort symptoms were compared.Results The cumulative times of turning over,the times of inflating the air cushion bed,the incidence of pressure injury,poor sleep,backache and limb numbness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the duration of inflating the air cushion bed sheets was longer than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved air cushion bed with air valve is effective for patients after pulmonary bullous surgery,which is helpful to improve the maintenance of the air cushion bed,control the incidence of pressure injury and the incidence of discomfort symptoms such as poor sleep,backache and limb numbness.
