摘　　要：该研究通过引入PDCA循环管理,发现医院医疗器械购置管理的困境,针对现存在的问题进行剖析,制订相应的解决和改进对策,并应用PDCA循环有效地提升医疗器械购置管理水平,使医疗器械购置管理更加规范化、系统化、标准化,在保障临床应用需求的同时,降低医疗器械的采购风险和购置成本。In this study, with the introduction of PDCA cycle management, the dilemma of hospital medical device purchase management was found. With the analysis of existing problems, corresponding solutions and improvement measures have been formulated. In addition, PDCA cycle was applied to effectively improve the level of medical device purchase and management, make the purchase and management of medical devices more standardized, systematic and standardized, ensure the needs of clinical application,and reduce the purchase risk and cost of medical devices.
