摘  要:基于空间行波管环境模拟用热真空试验装置试验工艺过程反馈和小批量生产化等要求,对空间行波管用热真空试验装置部分结构进行了创新优化设计。按照技术指标优化了冷板结构和热沉加热方式,更换了真空系统配置和安装方式,将一部分手动操作改为自动化操作。优化后冷板和热沉温度均匀性提高,全工艺过程可一键操作,实现了智能化控制,同时改善了操作环境,操作空间更加人性化。针对调试过程中出现的真空度异常和元器件失效问题,采取分步检测、逐项排查和叠加的方法进行了诊断和处理。Based on space TWT environmental simulation and test process feedback using thermal vacuum test device,meanwhile,adapting to the small volume production,an innovative and optimized design of the thermal vacuum test device for space TWTs was carried out.According to the technical indicators,the cold plate structure and heat sink heating method are optimized,the vacuum system configuration and installation method are changed,and some manual operations are changed to automatic operations.The temperature uniformity is improved,and the whole process can be operated one-touch operation in intelligent control after optimization.It also improved the operating environment and makes the operating space more humanized.For the abnormal vacuum degree and component failure in setting up the new process,the diagnosis and treatment are carried out by step detection,item by item investigation and superposition.
