摘  要:螺杆真空泵作为干式中低真空泵,具有抽速范围宽、能耗低、无油污染等诸多优点,广泛应用于各个领域。为了服务于国家碳中和的发展战略,本文将碳足迹的核算与管理方法应用到螺杆真空泵的设计与制造中,通过追踪、分析、核算和管理整个产品全生命周期的碳排放足迹,有针对性地从设计、加工制造、供应链运输角度和制度层面提出减少碳排放的具体举措。此项工作有助于企业制订相关碳中和的目标,完成碳足迹的核算,实现节能减排的目的。As a dry medium and low vacuum pump,screw vacuum pump has many advantages such as wide pumping speed range,low energy consumption,no oil pollution,etc.,and is widely used in various fields.In order to serve the national carbon neutral development strategy,this paper applies the accounting and management method of carbon footprint to the design and manufacture of screw vacuum pumps.By tracking,analyzing,accounting and managing the carbon footprint of the entire product life cycle,specific measures to reduce carbon emissions are put forward from the perspective of design,processing and manufacturing,supply chain transportation and institutional levels.The research of this work will help enterprises to formulate relevant carbon neutral goals,complete the accounting of carbon footprint,and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
