五参汤加减治疗气阴两虚型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨五参汤加减治疗气阴两虚型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果。方法 100例气阴两虚型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加服五参汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、心率变异性参数[低频功率(LF)、高频功率(HF)、连续24 h内正常RR间期的标准差(SDNN)、相邻正常RR间期的标准差(rMSSD)]及心肌缺血总负荷值(TIB)。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率88.0%明显高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的TIB(20.18±5.32)mm/min低于对照组的(35.97±7.24)mm/min,心率变异性参数LF(199.80±9.24)ms2、HF(157.60±6.12)ms2、SDNN(138.75±9.22)ms、rMSSD(30.25±4.93)ms均大于对照组的(179.41±8.91)ms2、(121.35±7.27)ms2、(111.58±9.43)ms、(23.14±5.91)ms,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 五参汤加减治疗气阴两虚型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,可以显著改善患者的心绞痛症状,其效果显著,安全可靠,可以广泛推荐使用。Objective To discuss the effect of modified Wushen decoction on unstable angina of coronary heart disease with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome. Methods A total of 100 patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, and patients in the observation group were treated with modified Wusheng decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect, heart rate variability parameters [low frequency(LF), high frequency(HF), standard deviation of normal RR intervals(SDNN),root mean square successive difference(rMSSD)] and total ischemia burden(TIB). Results The total treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was 88.0%, which was significantly higher than 60.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The TIB(20.18±5.32) mm/min of patients in the observation group was lower than(35.97±7.24) mm/min in the control group;the LF(199.80±9.24) ms2,HF(157.60±6.12) ms2, SDNN(138.75±9.22) ms, and rMSSD(30.25±4.93) ms in the observation group were greater than(179.41±8.91) ms2,(121.35±7.27) ms2,(111.58±9.43) ms, and(23.14±5.91) ms in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Wushen decoction for patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome can significantly improve the patient’s angina pectoris symptoms, and it is effective, reliable and can be widely recommended.
