摘 要:为充分发挥铁路社会经济效益,增强人民群众美好出行的幸福感,本文针对目前许多城市铁路列车开行方案难以满足现阶段旅客高品质出行需求的问题,提出了基于地方需求视角的旅客列车开行方案的优化策略。研究以盐城地区为例,根据地方客流特征,结合地区外围铁路网资源的综合协调情况,以地方节点与铁路网络需求平衡程度的不同,从到发时间、服务频率、始发列车数量、可达范围等方面进行系统比选分析,提出了切实可行的优化方案,为今后其他地区列车开行方案的优化提供理论指导和经验借鉴。In order to give full play to the social and economic benefits of Railway and enhance the people’s happiness of good travel,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of passenger train operation plan based on the perspective of local demand.Taking Yancheng as an example,according to the characteristics of local passenger flow,it combines the comprehensive coordination of regional peripheral railway network resources,and is based on the different degree of balance between local node and railway network demand,making a systematic comparison and analysis from the aspects of arrival and departure time,service frequency,number of originating trains and reachable range to put forward a practical optimization plan.It provides theoretical guidance and experience reference for the optimization of train operation plan in other areas in the future.
