摘 要:以低浓度含氟水为研究对象,采用氟化钙诱导沉淀法和氯化钙化学沉淀法对其进行处理,比较了两种方法的处理效果,探讨了氟化钙诱导沉淀法处理低浓度含氟水的泥渣回收特性.研究发现,氟化钙诱导沉淀法对初始浓度小于100 mg/L的低含氟水处理效果明显好于氯化钙化学沉淀法处理,最高氟离子去除率可达95.6%,出水氟离子浓度最低降至3.5mg/L,远低于国家一级排放标准.投加絮凝剂PAC对氟化钙诱导沉淀法处理低含氟水效果提升不明显,氟离子去除率最高增幅仅4.8%.氟化钙诱导沉淀法可将低含氟水处理泥渣含水率降至40.7%、泥渣纯度最高提升至91.3%.氟化钙诱导沉淀法不仅可提升低含氟水的处理效果,还可通过减少PAC投加量、降低泥渣含水率、提升泥渣纯度等方式为泥渣回收利用提供有利条件,具有较好应用潜力.The research object of low concentration fluorinated water was treated by calcium fluoride induced precipitation method and calcium chloride chemical precipitation method respectively,and the treatment effects of the two methods were compared and the sludge recovery characteristics of low concentration fluorinated water were discussed.The results showed that the treatment effect of calcium fluoride induced precipitation method was better than that of calcium chloride chemical precipitation method for low fluoride water with initial concentration of less than 100 mg/L,as the highest fluoride removal rate of the former could reach 95.6%,and its lowest effluent fluoride concentration was reduced to 3.5 mg/L,which was far below the national discharge standard.The addition of PAC had no obvious effect on the treatment of low fluoride water by calcium fluoride induced precipitation method,and the maximum increase of fluoride removal rate was only 4.8%.Calcium fluoride induced precipitation method could reduce the water content of low fluoride water treatment sludge to 40.7%and increase the purity of sludge to 91.3%.Calcium fluoride induced precipitation method could not only improve the treatment effect of water with low fluorine content,but also provide favorable conditions for sludge recovery and utilization by reducing PAC dosage,reducing water content of sludge and improving sludge purity,which had good application potential.
