医保政策与老年慢性病群体合理用药的相关性研究

摘　　要：当前,我国的老龄化程度加深,慢性病群体日渐庞大,医保在慢性病方面支出的费用逐步增加,医保负担不断加重。基于此,将山西省某社区服务卫生中心65周岁及以上老年患者作为研究对象,进行机会性抽样。对其中100名高血压或糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,采用一般资料调查表对慢病待遇情况、患病情况、用药情况进行调查统计,结果显示,慢性病待遇与老年人合理用药有相关性(p<0.05)。因此,无论是社会工作者还是医务工作者,都有必要针对老年慢病群体开展老年人潜在不适当用药的知识及技能培训,确保老年人合理用药,减少药源性损害,从而减轻医保负担。At present, China’s aging is deepening, and the population of chronic diseases is becoming increasingly large. The cost of medical insurance on chronic diseases is gradually increasing, and the burden of medical insurance is increasing. Based on this, the elderly patients aged 65 and above in a community service health center in Shanxi Province were taken as the research object for opportunistic sampling. 100patients with hypertension or diabetes were investigated by questionnaire, and the treatment, illness and medication of chronic diseases were investigated by general information questionnaire. The results showed that the treatment of chronic diseases was related to the rational medication of the elderly(p<0.05). Therefore, whether social workers or medical workers, it is necessary to carry out knowledge and skills training on the potential inappropriate use of drugs for the elderly with chronic diseases, to ensure that the elderly use drugs rationally, reduce druginduced damage, and reduce the burden of medical insurance.
