新发展阶段我国驻村第一书记制度完善路径探析

摘　　要：驻村第一书记制度是中国共产党在驻村干部制度的基础上,逐步建立并不断完善的一项制度,这一制度在脱贫攻坚中起到极为重要的作用。在新发展阶段,这一制度仍将继续存在,但由于工作任务的变化,这一制度也必须进行必要的完善和发展。通过对驻村第一书记的选拔机制、工作机制和考核机制进行全面的分析,指出这一制度在新发展阶段应对新任务上的主要不足,并提出了完善这一制度的基本路径。The system of the first secretary in the village is a system gradually established and continuously improved by the Communist Party of China based on the system of cadres in the village. This system has played a very important role in poverty alleviation. In the new development stage, this system will continue to exist. Due to the changes in work tasks, this system has to be improved and developed. Through a comprehensive analysis of the selection mechanism, working mechanism and assessment mechanism of the first secretary in the village, this paper draws out the main deficiencies of this system in the new development stage to deal with new tasks and proposes the basic improvement path of this system.
