摘 要:基于非线性粘弹性理论和热力耦合有限元分析法,研究高低温工况下船舰表面环氧树脂基细粒复合涂层(简称复合涂层)与基底钢板的匹配性。结果表明:高低温工况下复合涂层与基底钢板都能保持良好的匹配性;高温工况下复合涂层的温度和热流密度差值均较大,低温工况下复合涂层的温度传递梯度有所减小;相对于高温工况,复合涂层更容易在低温工况下失效。本研究也为其他复合涂层与基底钢板在高低温工况下的匹配性分析和复合涂料的配方优化提供理论指导。Based on the nonlinear viscoelastic theory and thermal-mechanical coupled finite element analysis method,the performance matching between the fine-particle filled epoxy resin composite coating(referred to as composite coating)and the base steel plate on ship surface under high and low temperature working conditions was studied.The results showed that the composite coating could maintain a good match with the base steel plate under high and low temperature working conditions.It was found that the differences in temperature and heat flux of the composite coating were large at high temperatures,and the temperature transfer gradient of the composite coating decreased at low temperatures.The composite coating was more likely to fail under low temperatures than under high temperatures.This study also provided theoretical guidance for the performance matching analysis of other composite coatings and base steel plates under high and low temperature working conditions and the formulation optimization of composite coatings.
