摘  要:针对白炭黑胶料,采用高温(100℃)和传统低温(50℃)终炼法在密炼机中分别进行湿法混炼胶和干法混炼胶的终炼,研究终炼温度对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,相较于低温终炼,高温终炼会使混炼胶的门尼粘度和混炼能量消耗降低,混炼胶的t_(10)和t_(90)略微延长,硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度、100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率减小。For the silica-filled compounds,high temperature(100℃)and traditional low temperature(50℃)mixing methods were used at the final-stage mixing of wet mixing process and dry mixing process,respectively,in an mixer,and the influence of final-stage mixing temperature on the properties of the compound was studied.The results showed that,compared with the low temperature final mixing,the high temperature final mixing would lower the Mooney viscosity of the compound,reduce mixing energy consumption,slightly prolong the t_(10) and t_(90) of the compound,increase the Shore A hardness,tensile stress at 100%elongation and tensile stress at 300%elongation of the vulcanizate,and reduce the tensile strength and elongation at break.
