摘　　要：本文针对近年来网络预约出租汽车交通事故起数大幅增长、驾驶人交通安全宣传教育工作精准化程度不高等实际问题,依托浙江省杭州市网约车有关事故数据和调查问卷,采用数据分析、经验归纳等研究方法,全面梳理网约车驾驶人交通事故特征、突出违法风险点及宣教需求,对群体精准宣教内容、渠道、效果评估进行深入研究,尝试搭建一套网约车驾驶人交通安全精准化宣传教育的路径及方法,为切实减少网约车交通事故起数、保障安全出行提供工作思路与建议。In recent years,online taxi-hailing traffic accidents have occurred frequently,and the effect of accurate publicity and education on online taxi-hailing drivers'traffic safety needs to be strengthened.On the basis of collecting accident data and questionnaire information related to online car hailing in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,through data analysis,experience induction and other research methods,this paper analyzes the characteristics of online taxi-hailing drivers'traffic accidents,illegal risk points and needs for publicity and education,conducts in-depth research on the content,channels and effect evaluation of group precision publicity and education,and attempts to build a set of paths and methods for accurate publicity and education of online taxi-hailing drivers'traffic safety.Provide ideas and suggestions for effectively reducing the number of online taxihailing traffic accidents and ensuring safe travel.
