摘  要:本文建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定复合膜袋中苯代三聚氰胺、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮残留量的方法。试样剪成小于2 mm的碎片,经甲醇超声提取,氮气浓缩至干,再用2 m L流动相超声溶解,经0.45μm滤膜过滤后,采用液相色谱(配PDA检测器)进行检测,外标法定量。研究表明:在0.05~10.0 mg/L的范围内,各标准物质线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.9995,方法检出限低,回收率在88.60%~112.32%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.09%~3.05%之间,方法精密度较好。该方法简便快捷,结果准确可靠,时效性高。A High-performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the residues of benzonquanmine, 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone in composite membrane bags. The sample was cut into fragments smaller than 2 mm, extracted by ultrasonic with methanol,concentrated to dry with nitrogen, then dissolved by ultrasonic with 2 mL mobile phase, filtered by 0.45 μm filter membrane, detected by liquid chromatography(with PDA detector) and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that in the concentration range of 0.05~10.0 mg/L, the linear relationship of the standard substances were good, and the correlation coefficient(R) were greater than 0.9995. The detection limit of the method were low,and the recoveries ranged from 88.60% to 112.32% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 0.09% ~ 3.05%, and the precision of the method were good. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable with high timeliness.
