摘 要:为建立苦皮藤二氯甲烷部位的薄层色谱鉴别方法,该研究以雷公藤醌F(Triptoquinone F)和Epikatonic acid为对照品,考察供试品溶液制备方法、展开剂、点样量、展距、显色剂对薄层色谱分析的影响,确定苦皮藤的最佳薄层色谱条件。结果显示:采用薄层色谱GF254硅胶板,以二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂制备供试品溶液,甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸=7:2:0.2为展开剂展开,喷以5%磷钼酸乙醇溶液,热风吹干显色,于日光底部灯下进行检视,所得苦皮藤层色谱分离效果和显色效果较佳,斑点清晰且特征性好。该方法安全、易操作、专属性强,可作为苦皮藤二氯甲烷部位的薄层鉴别方法。In order to establish a TLC identification method for the dichloromethane part of Celastrus angulatus,Tripoquinone F and Epikatonic acid were used as reference substances, and the effects of preparation method of test solution,developing agent, sample amount, spreading distance and color developer on TLC analysis were investigated, and the best TLC conditions of Celastrus angulatus were determined. The results showed that thin-layer chromatography GF254 silica gel plate was used to prepare the test solution with dichloromethane as extraction solvent, toluene-ethyl acetate-glacial acetic acid = 7:2:0.2 as developing agent, sprayed with 5% phosphomolybdic acid ethanol solution, dried by hot air for color development, and examined under the sunlight bottom lamp. The obtained Celastrus angulatus layer chromatography has good separation and color development effect, clear spots and good characteristics. The method is safe, easy to operate and specific,and can be used as a TLC identification method for dichloromethane parts of Celastrus angulatus.
