摘  要:原子荧光光谱仪多采取断续流动进样方式,其进液稳定性对样品反应和响应值产生影响。比较了影响进液的新旧泵管、不同管径大小和蠕动泵转角的进液量稳定性后,发现新管的进液量大于旧管,泵管稳定性构成测量不确定度来源;大管径配合蠕动泵大转速和更长进样时间可获得更稳定进液量。分析为改善检测信号稳定性,以及排查峰形、信号、记忆残留等工作异常提供参考。Intermittent flow injection mode is widely adopted in Atomic fluorescence spectrometers, and the stability of the injection volume influences the sample reaction and the response value. New and old pump tubes, different pipe diameters, peristaltic pump’s rotation angles, which affect liquid injection, the comparing of their stability was carried out. It was found that the liquid’s injection volume of the new tube is larger than that of the old tube, and the stability of pump pipe is one source of measurement uncertainty;the larger tube diameter with a higher rotation speed of the peristaltic pump, and the longer injection time, can obtain a more stable liquid’s injection volume. This analysis provides a reference to improve the stability of the detection signal, also help checking of abnormal peak shape, signal and memory residue.
