摘　　要：我公司选矿攻关小组开展硫铁矿高效捕收剂研究工作,通过大量探索试验找到一种高性能的硫化矿捕收剂YT-3,它有捕收能力强、用药量少以及浮选速度快等特点,但是试验发现YT-3单独使用效果不佳。基于混合用药的创新思路,小组研究出一种新型高效混合捕收剂,在试验中取得了较好的选矿技术指标。Our company’s mineral processing research team carried out research on efficient collector for pyrite,and found a high-performance collector YT-3 for sulfide ores through a large number of exploration and tests. It has the characteristics of strong collection capacity, low dosage of chemicals and fast flotation speed. However, YT-3 is found to be ineffective when used alone in the test. Through the innovative idea of mixed drug use, a new type of high-efficiency mixed collector has been developed, and good technical indicators of mineral processing have been achieved in the test.
