摘  要:目的:研究改性催化剂对N_(2)O_(5)硝化甲苯的影响。方法:本文采取3种方法改性HZSM-5沸石分子筛,在N_(2)O_(5)硝化甲苯中应用催化剂。结果:催化剂应用后,-硝基甲苯收率明显提升,其中浸渍法改性具备更优的效果,活性最高的为Cu-Z5-IM,达到67.7%的-硝基甲苯产量,与未改性时的49.0%相比提升了18.7%。结论:在N_(2)O_(5):甲苯=1:1、反应温度15℃、反应时间1h、催化剂为HZSM-5且用量5g的反应条件下,3种改性方案皆可促进催化剂活性及硝化选择性地提升。Objective To study the effect of modified catalysts on N_(2)O_(5)nitration of toluene. Methods In this paper,three methods were adopted to modify HZSM-5 zeolite molecular sieve, and the catalyst was used in N_(2)O_(5)nitration of toluene. Results After the application of the catalyst, the yield of-nitrotoluene was significantly improved to 67.7%, and the impregnation method had better effect. 49.0, an increase of 18.7%. Conclusion Under the reaction conditions of N_(2)O_(5):toluene=1:1, reaction temperature of 15℃, reaction time of 1h, catalyst of HZSM-5 and dosage of 5g, all three modification schemes can promote the improvement of catalyst activity and nitration selectivity.
