摘 要:为了解决传统水玻璃胶体保水性差、容易开裂、聚氨酯材料聚合固结放热量大导致起火风险大等问题,本文对煤矿防灭火用水玻璃复合胶体灌浆材料进行最佳原料配比研究,分别引入淀粉、纤维素、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺等聚合物添加剂,研究其对保水性和体积收缩比的影响,并优选出复合胶体的最佳组分;开发了一种适用于封堵煤矿井下大型透风裂缝的新型聚氨酯材料,该封堵材料由聚醚403、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、稀释剂、催化剂、交联剂等在室温反应制成。改性水玻璃灌浆和聚氨酯封堵防灭火方案在韩家洼煤矿22402工作面采空区的应用表明,改性封堵材料性能达到设计需求。In order to solve the problems of poor water retention property and easy cracking of traditional water glass colloid, as well as high ignition risk caused by large heat release from polymerization and consolidation of polyurethane materials, the optimal raw material ratio of water glass composite colloid grouting material for fire prevention and extinguishment in coal mines was studied. Polymer additives such as starch, cellulose and anionic polyacrylamide were introduced respectively to study their effects on water retention property and volume shrinkage ratio, and the optimal component of composite colloid was selected;A new type of polyurethane material suitable for plugging large ventilation cracks in coal mines has been developed. The plugging material is made of polyether 403, diphenylmethane diisocyanate,diluent, catalyst, cross-linking agent, etc. by reaction at room temperature. The application of modified water glass grouting and polyurethane plugging and fire prevention in the goaf of 22402 working face of Hanjiawa Coal Mine shows that the performance of the modified plugging material meets the design requirements.
