摘  要:采用新癸酰氯(C10H19CIO)对超支化聚乙烯亚胺(HPEI)进行改性,合成了双亲性超支化破乳剂HPEI-C10,并对其化学组分、热稳定性及润湿性进行了表征。考察了破乳剂的质量浓度、破乳温度、沉降时间以及pH对HPEI和HPEI-C10的破乳效率的影响,并借助偏光显微镜观察破乳过程。结果表明:在质量浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)、破乳温度为20℃、沉降时间为30 min以及pH为6的条件下,HPEI-C10破乳效率可达91.95%。HPEI-C10在破乳温度为20~60℃时的破乳效率均大于90.00%。与HPEI相比,HPEI-C10具有添加量少、适用温度范围广和沉降时间短等优势,为HPEI-C10的广泛应用提供了数据支撑。The study modified hyperbranched polyethylenimine(HPEI) with neodecanoyl chloride(C10H19CIO), and synthesized the amphiphilic hyperbranched demulsifier HPEI-C10. Its chemical components, thermal stability and wettability were characterized. The effects of demulsifiers concentration, demulsification temperature, settling time and pH on the demulsification efficiency of HPEI and HPEI-C10were investigated, and the demulsification process was observed by polarizing microscope. The demulsification experiment results show that the demulsification efficiency of HPEI-C10can reach 91.95% when the mass concentration of HPEI-C10is 50 mg·L^(-1), demulsification temperature is 20 ℃,settling time is 30 min and the pH is 6. In addition, when the demulsification temperature is 20~60 ℃, the demulsification efficiency is more than 90.00%. Compared with HPEI, HPEI-C10has the advantages of small addition amount, wide temperature range, short settling time, which provides experimental support for its wide use.
