摘 要:工业建筑因其特殊的功能和尺度,相关研究往往以结构设备技术为重心。而在技术革新、城市发展的推动下,当代工业建筑设计进入了类型多样化、技术高度化、城市景观化、使用人性化的新发展阶段。本文以日立电梯“H1 TOWER”为例,针对高速电梯试验塔这一新工业建筑类型,从机械、自然、城市、人这四种尺度对试验塔的不同要求进行梳理,对平面构成、建筑轮廓、风穴与立面、外墙细部中对意匠与技术方案的整合进行具体考察,并结合同类建筑作进一步比较分析与总结,提出多尺度复合、多专业协同将是拓展工业建筑设计维度、工程技术与城市人文融合的关键。Due to the special function and scale of industrial buildings,relevant studies usually focus on structural equipment technology.Driven by technological innovation and urban development,contemporary industrial building design has entered a new development stage with diversified types,high technology,urban landscape,and humanized use.In this paper,Hitachi Elevator’s 288.8m high"H1 TOWER"is used as an example to sort out the different requirements of the new industrial building of high-speed elevator test towers from mechanical,natural,urban,and human perspectives.It analyzes the integration of artistic conception and technical solutions in the plan composition,building outline,wind cavity and fa?ade,and exterior wall details,summarizing and comparing with similar buildings as follows:(1)The"mechanical"scale is an inherent characteristic and decisive factor of industrial buildings,and the demand for innovation-oriented research and development(R&D)will trigger new building forms.Through the cross-shaped plan composition,"H1 TOWER"greatly increases the service interface of operation space to the test shaft in the same area,which not only meets the requirements for compact arrangement and efficient operation of equipment for an R&D-oriented elevator test but also ensures the flexibility of local adjustment in deepening the design.(2)The"natural"force is the extraordinary conditions brought by the unique"mechanical"scale of industrial buildings.For the wind load that needs to be dealt with in buildings with large aspect ratios,"H1 TOWER"has realized the unification of aspect ratio adjustment and cross-shaped plan composition,the unification of the size and location of four-way wind cavities and fa?ade modulus,and the unification of lateral force resistant vertical elements and plan concave angle treatment with the detailed design of exterior wall surface through close cooperation between architects and structural experts.This cooperation has transformed the structural solution for wind load into a new opportunity for
