摘  要:国内早期建设的大部分城镇污水处理厂,由于资金投入相对缺乏,设计时未考虑总氮(TN)的去除,此外,其工艺设计过于简单,设备设施简陋,且投运时间久远。为满足日益严格的环境保护监管要求,部分污水厂需在有限条件下进行技术改造。针对部分污水厂水量不足、碳氮比严重失调易导致出水TN超标的情况,本项目通过现场技改试验,研究进一步削减TN的措施。试验结果表明,在污水厂进水化学需氧量浓度低的情况下,增加生化系统内硝化液回流、控制反硝化过程中溶解氧浓度和投加碳源可有效增加TN去除量。Most of the early-built domestic urban wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)with simple process design,poor facilities and long operation time are not considered to remove of total nitrogen in the design for lack of investment.To meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection regulatory requirements,some WWTPs need to complete technical transformation under limited conditions.In view of the water shortage and serious imbalance of carbon-nitrogen ratio easily lead to excessive TN in some WWTPs,this project studied further measures to reduce TN through the site technical transformation test.The test results show that,under low CODCreffluent,increasing the nitrate reflux device,controlling the DO concentration during denitrification and adding external carbon are effective to raise the TN removal rate.
