摘 要:2021—2022年,研究鲁樱3号甜樱桃避雨栽培下的表现,以露天栽培为对照。结果表明,避雨栽培比露天栽培效应良好:果实成熟采摘期延迟1周;平均单果重由15.9~16.4 g增至17.3~17.8 g,差异显著;一级果率由46.8%~60.3%增至67.8%~71.8%,增幅极显著;果实的可溶性固形物含量由16.9%~17.3%增至18.1%~18.9%,增幅显著;可滴定酸含量由0.74%~0.80%降至0.70%~0.73%,降幅显著;666.7 m^(2)产量由1420~1706 kg增至1505~1843 kg,增产显著;果实裂果率平均值由20.68%~7.63%降至6.21%~1.07%,降幅显著;流胶病病株率平均值由45.0%~27.5%降至17.6%~14.5%;病株主干上的病斑密度由6.2~4.7个降至3.1~1.3个,降幅极显著。In order to study the rain-shelter cultivation technique on the new sweet cherry variety Luying No.3,the investigation and analysis of the fruits quality and incidence rate of cherry bacterial gummosis disease were carried out from 2021 to 2022.Open-air cultivation was used as control.The results showed that the effect of rain-shelter cultivation was better than that of open-air cultivation.Under the condition of sheltered cultivation,the fruit picking time was delayed by one week,and average single fruit weight increased from 15.9~16.4 g to 17.3~17.8 g,with a significant differences(P<0.05).Also,the first-grade fruit rate increased significantly from 46.8%~60.3%to 67.8%~71.8%.The content of soluble solids in fruit increased from 16.9%~17.3%to 18.1%~18.9%.In addition,compared to the control,the content of titratable acid in fruit significantly reduced,from 0.74%~0.80%to 0.70%~0.73%.The yield of 666.7 m~2 increased from 1420~1706 kg to 1505~1843 kg.And the fruit cracking rate decreased significantlyfrom 20.68%~7.63%to 6.21%~1.07%.The rate of cherry infected by bacterial gummosis disease decreased from 45.0%~27.5%to 17.6%~14.5%.The density of disease spots on the trunk decreased from 6.2~4.7 to 3.1~1.3,with a significant differences(P<0.01).
