摘 要:以户太8号葡萄一年生休眠枝条为材料,观测在模拟梯度低温胁迫后,恢复到室温状态,观察测定葡萄枝蔓的形态变化和生理指标变化,评判户太8号葡萄的抗寒性。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,随着温度的降低,户太8号葡萄枝蔓的电解质渗出率、组织褐变率和脯氨酸含量逐渐增大,丙二醛含量先升后降,得出户太8号葡萄枝条的半致死温度为-16.92℃。The one-year-old dormant branches of Hutai No.8 grape were used as materials.After simulating gradient low temperature stress and returning to room temperature,the morphological changes and physiological indexes of grape branches were observed and measured to evaluate the cold resistance of Hutai No.8.The results showed that under low temperature stress,with the decrease of temperature,the electrolyte leakage rate,tissue browning rate and proline content of Hutai No.8 grape branches increased gradually,and the malondialdehyde content increased first and then decreased.The semi-lethal temperature of Hutai No.8 grape branches was-16.92°C.
