摘　　要：烟台市农业科学研究院与保加利亚农业研究所联合开展黄绿色苹果新品种选育研究,从Prima、Florina、Sumerred等品种的杂交组合中筛选出8个黄绿色新品系,以MM106自根砧繁育苗木进行鉴定评价。结果表明:8个优系的初花期最早在4月13日,最晚在4月25日。其中优选3号、4号、5号为早熟品种,优选6号、8号为中熟品种,优选1号、2号、7号属于中晚熟品种。从果实品质分析结果表明,优选5号的平均单果重最大,为227 g,优选2号的最小,为113 g;优选2号的果形指数最高,为0.89,优选6号的最低,为0.80;优选8号的果肉硬度最大,为10.3 kg/cm^(2),优选6号的果肉硬度最小,为5.8 kg/cm^(2)。优选7号的果实可溶性固形物和总糖含量均为最高分别是17.5%和8.9%,可滴定酸含量最低,为0.12%,糖酸比高达74.2,优选5号的可溶性固形物和总糖含量均为最低,分别为13.1%和7.0%,优选6号的可滴定酸含量最高,为0.53%,糖酸比最低,仅为14.9;优选1号的平均单株产量最高,为33.0 kg/株,优选2号的最低,为16.6 kg/株。Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Bulgarian Agricultural Research Institute jointly carried out the research on the selection of new yellow-green apple varieties.Eight new yellow-green varieties were selected from the hybrid combinations of Prima,Florina,Summered and other varieties,and the seedlings were bred on MM106 self-rootstock for identification and evaluation.The results showed that the first flowering stage of the eight superior lines was on April 13 and April 25 at the latest.Among them,No.3,No.4 and No.5 are the early maturing varieties,No.6 and No.8 are the middle maturing varieties,and No.1,No.2 and No.7 are the middle and late maturing varieties.The results of fruit quality analysis showed that the average single fruit weight of No.5 was the highest,227 g,and that of No.2 was the lowest,113 g.The fruit shape index of No.2 is the highest,0.89,and that of No.6 is the lowest,0.80.The pulp hardness of No.8 is the highest,10.3 kg/cm^(2),and that of No.6 is the lowest,5.8 kg/cm^(2).The content of soluble solids and total sugar in the fruit of No.7 is the highest,17.5%and 8.9%respectively,the content of titratable acid is the lowest,0.12%,and the ratio of sugar to acid is as high as 74.2.The content of soluble solids and total sugar of No.5 is the lowest,13.1%and 7.0%respectively.The content of titratable acid of No.6 is the highest,0.53%,and the ratio of sugar to acid is the lowest,only 14.9;The average yield per plant of No.1 is the highest,33.0 kg/plant,and that of No.2 is the lowest,16.6 kg/plant.
