喜炎平注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺气肿合并肺部感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨喜炎平注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺气肿合并感染的临床效果。方法选取53例在院老年肺气肿合并肺部感染患者,随机分为观察组(n=28)和对照组(n=25),两组均给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,在此基础上观察组联合喜炎平治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果观察组患者症状缓解时间、体温恢复正常时间及在院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7d,与对照组相比,观察组炎症因子水平显著降低,肺功能明显提高(P<0.05),且两组均无明显的治疗副反应产生(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗老年肺气肿合并感染疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiyanping combined with cefoperazone/sulbactam in treating senile emphysema concurrent infection.Methods Fifty-three elderly patients with senile emphysema concurrent infection were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=28)and the control group(n=25).The control group received the treatment of cefoperazone/sulbactam and the observation group received the treatment of cefoperazone/sulbactam combined with Xiyanping.Results The time of symptomatic relief,length of stay and the time of body temperature recovering to normal in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).And the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the level of inflammtory factors was significantly reduced,and the pulmonary function was significantly improvedin the observation group after 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).No obvious side effects were observed in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with cefoperazone and sulbactam sodium is effective in the treatment of emphysema co-infection in the elderly and is worthy of clinical promotion.
