摘 要:靠港船舶使用岸电时,船舶不同工况下的负载变化易引起岸侧电网波动,从而影响岸电运行稳定性。提出一种电压反馈跟踪器结合主从结构的岸电控制系统,以抑制船舶负载波动时刻出现的功率波动以及岸电系统容量不足引起的电网电压波动,保护船岸两侧的配电和用电设备。仿真结果表明,所提策略能够实现岸电系统输出功率的跟踪控制,在负载波动时刻能保证系统输出功率和电压稳定,并在确保系统安全稳定的前提下实现对岸电系统的增容,达到了负载波动时刻功率波动平抑的目的。Aiming at the demand of different power capacity berthing ships, system voltage fluctuation caused by load fluctuation and system universality, a strategy is proposed to suppress the fluctuation of ship shore power. A voltage feedback tracker is proposed, which is combined with the master-slave structure of the shore power system to suppress the power fluctuation when the ship load and the grid voltage fluctuate caused by the insufficient capacity of the shore power system, so as to protect the power distribution and consumption equipment on both sides of the ship and the shore. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can realize the tracking control of the output power of the shore-to-ship power supply system, ensure the stability of the system output power and voltage at the time of load fluctuation, and realize the capacity increase of the shore-to-ship power supply system on the premise of ensuring the security and stability of the system, so as to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the power fluctuation at the time of load fluctuation.
