摘  要:新时代大学生思想道德素质评价指标体系建构,在层级架构上依据思想道德素质的内在结构分为思想素质、政治素质、道德素质三个子素质,每个子素质又包括内容、心理、能力三个评价维度;在评价标准上依据党和国家领导人有关重要论述、相关法律法规和政策文件提炼出指标内容要素。通过将内容要素与指标架构进行匹配、筛选和优化,经反复论证、修正和完善,并采用实证分析开展优良性检验,最终构建起一套由3项一级指标、12项二级指标、77项三级指标组成的新时代大学生思想道德素质评价指标体系。该指标体系具有突出新时代主题、对标高等教育目标、体现大学生全面发展需要的优势特点,但在实践运用中还需要进一步深化创新。According to the internal structure of ideological and moral quality, the construction of the evaluation index system of university students’ ideological and moral quality in the new era is divided into three sub qualities:ideological quality, political quality and moral quality. Each sub quality includes three evaluation dimensions: content,psychology and ability. In terms of evaluation criteria, the index content elements are extracted according to relevant important statements of the Party and state leaders, relevant laws and regulations and policy documents. By matching,screening and optimizing the content elements with the index structure, through repeated demonstration, modification and improvement, and using empirical analysis to carry out the excellence test, a set of university students’ ideological and moral quality evaluation index system in the new era consisting of 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 77 third-level indicators is finally constructed. The index system highlights the theme of the new era,benchmarks the goals of higher education, reflects the needs of university students’ all-round development, and needs to further deepen innovation in practice.
