摘  要:为了解决在线监测传感器广泛应用于地下高压交流电缆时的能量供应问题,本文针对电缆附近丰富变化的磁场,设计了非闭合式磁心磁感应取电模块为传感器自供电。通过理论研究和有限元分析仿真建立了磁感应取电模块的功率输出模型,对磁心域的尺寸和形状进行优化设计。并用功率密度概念描述磁心的磁感应取电效率,通过等效可抽动式磁心的应用来提高磁心功率密度。再根据要求对绕在磁心上线圈域的匝数和线径进行设计,并基于谐振原理来提高系统带载能力。最后优化设计出适用于电缆的直角形抽动磁心取电模块。磁感应取电模块感应出的电压通过电能变换管理电路来获得稳定可靠的输出电压,可实现在线监测传感器的电源供应自给自足。In order to solve the energy supply problem when online monitoring sensors are widely used in underground high-voltage AC cables,a non-closed magnetic core magnetic induction power-taking module is designed to supply power to the sensors for the abundant and changing magnetic fields near the cables.Through theoretical research and finite element analysis and simulation,the power output model of the magnetic induction power acquisition module is established,and the size and shape of the magnetic core domain are optimized.In addition,the concept of power density is used to describe the magnetic induction power extraction efficiency of the magnetic core,and the power density of the magnetic core is improved by the application of the equivalent twitchable magnetic core.Then,the number of turns and wire diameter of the coil domain wound on the magnetic core are designed,and the load-carrying capacity of the system is improved based on the resonance principle.Finally,a right-angle twitching magnetic core power-taking module suitable for cables is optimally designed.The voltage induced by the magnetic induction power taking module can obtain a stable and reliable output voltage through the power conversion management circuit,which can realize the self-sufficiency of the power supply of the online monitoring sensor.
