摘 要:为了减少在变压器抗短路校核中由于电磁力计算差异引起的应力计算值误差,本文以某110 kV三绕组变压器为例,搭建了二维有限元电磁仿真模型,计算出不同工况下各绕组的漏磁通密度与短路电磁力;对绕组结构稳定性应力解析算法进行了分析和改进,用改进的算法计算了绕组结构稳定的关键应力指标,并按照GB 1094.5-2008判据给出校核结果;最后与专业校核软件(WEL-DINST)的校核结果进行了对比,计算结果偏差在工程应用可接受范围内。案例变压器返厂解体结果证明该校核思路和改进的应力解析算法用于变压器绕组稳定性校核的有效性。In order to reduce the errors of the stress calculation caused by the difference of electromagnetic force calculation in case of the transformer short-circuit,this paper takes a 110 kV three-winding transformer as an example,builds a two-dimensional finite element electromagnetic simulation model,calculates the leakage flux density and short-circuit electromagnetic force of each winding under different working conditions;analyzes and improves the stress analysis algorithm of winding structure stability,calculates the key stress indexes of winding structure stability with the improved algorithm,and gives the calibration results according to the GB 1094.5—2008 criterion.The key stress indexes of winding structure stability are calculated by the improved algorithm,and the calibration results are given according to GB 1094.5—2008 criterion.Finally,the calibration results are compared with those of professional calibration software(WELDINST),and the deviation of the calculation results is within the acceptable range for engineering applications.The results of the case transformer disassembly prove the effectiveness of the calibration idea and the improved stress analysis algorithm for transformer winding stability calibration.
