关于我国预制混凝土桩行业绿色低碳化发展途径的几点思考

摘　　要：通过对预制混凝土桩生产的资源属性、能源属性、环境属性、品质属性等几个方面的新材料、新工艺、新技术的分析,提出了预制混凝土桩生产中混凝土配合比优化设计技术、再生骨料利用、碱矿渣混凝土、免蒸养免蒸压技术、混凝土高性能化、生产线智能化、高强钢材技术、无短板机械接桩等绿色低碳化的技术措施,可为我国预制混凝土桩行业绿色低碳化发展提供参考。Through the analysis of new materials,new processes and new technologies in the aspects of resource attribute,energy attribute,environmental attribute and quality attribute of precast concrete pile production,the green and low-carbon technical measures such as optimization design technology of concrete mix proportion,utilization of recycled aggregate,alkali slag concrete,non autoclaved curing and non autoclaved technology,high-performance concrete,intelligent production line,high strength steel technology,and mechanical pile connection without short plates in the production of precast concrete piles are proposed,which provides a reference for the development of green and low carbon in China’s precast concrete pile industry.
