摘  要:采用正交试验法研究了防水剂掺量、减水剂掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量和水胶比对混凝土路面砖力学、抗冻及抗盐冻性能的影响。结果表明:随着防水剂掺量的增加,试件的抗折强度先增大后减小,强度损失率和单位面积质量损失减小;随着减水剂掺量的增加,试件的抗折强度增大,强度损失率和单位面积质量损失减小;随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,试件的抗折强度增大,强度损失率和单位面积质量损失减小;随着水胶比的增加,试件抗折强度先增大后减小,强度损失率先减小后增大,单位面积质量损失增大;综合考虑力学性能、抗冻性能和抗盐冻性能,推荐混凝土路面砖的防水剂掺量为2.0%、减水剂掺量为2.0%、聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.5%、水胶比为0.25。The influence of waterproof agent content,water-reducing agent content,polypropylene fiber content and water-binder ratio on the mechanical properties,frost resistance and salt freezing resistance of precast concrete paving units was studied by orthogonal test method.The results show that with the increase of waterproof agent content,the flexural strength of the specimen first increases and then decreases,and the strength loss rate and mass loss per unit area decrease.With the increase of water-reducing agent content,the flexural strength of the specimen increases,and the strength loss rate and mass loss per unit area decrease.With the increase of polypropylene fiber content,the flexural strength of the specimen increases,and the strength loss rate and mass loss per unit area decrease.With the increase of water-binder ratio,the flexural strength of the specimen first increases and then decreases,the strength loss first decreases and then increases,and the mass loss per unit area increases.Considering the mechanical properties,frost resistance and salt freezing resistance of precast concrete paving units,the recommended content of waterproof agent is 2.0%,water-reducing agent is 2.0%,polypropylene fiber is 0.5%,and water-binder ratio is 0.25.
