摘　　要：前庭康复训练可有效提高前庭觉、视觉和本体觉对平衡的协调控制能力,改善中枢神经系统的代偿功能,在临床上多应用于头晕/眩晕、走路不稳等前庭疾病的治疗。本文基于近20年来有关的11项随机对照研究,综述近年来多项新型前庭康复技术,以期能为临床前庭康复训练提供一定的参考。Vestibular rehabilitation training can effectively enhance the coordinated control of balance by vestibular, visual and proprioceptive senses and improve the compensatory function of the central nervous system. It is mostly used in the treatment of vestibular disorders such as dizziness/vertigo and unsteady walking in clinical practice. Based on 11 randomized and controlled studies over the past 20 years, this article reviews a number of novel vestibular rehabilitation techniques in recent years, with a view to providing a basiss for improving clinical vestibular rehabilitation training.
