摘  要:畸变产物耳声发射(Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emission,DPOAE)作为一种评估耳蜗功能的方法,因其客观、快速以及高频率特异性等特点,已被广泛用于研究耳蜗功能损伤性疾病。噪声性听力损失(Noise-induced Hearing Loss,NIHL)为噪声暴露导致耳蜗功能受损,因其早期症状隐匿、现有检测手段敏感性低等原因,确诊时多已造成不可逆损伤。近年来越来越多的研究关注和探索NIHL的早期诊断和评估,现有结果显示DPOAE在NIHL的早期诊断和评估中显示出极其重要的应用价值,为NIHL的防治中不可或缺的检测评估方法之一。Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions(DPOAEs)have been widely used as a method to assess cochlear function for its objective,rapid and frequency specific measurement capabilities.Noise-induced Hearing Loss(NIHL)is impairment of cochlear function caused by noise exposure.Because of its insidious early manifestation and presentation on currently available tests,irreversible damage often has occurred by the time of diagnosis.In recent years,studies have focused on early diagnosis and assessment of NIHL.DPOAEs have been shown to have important applications in this aspect,and may be an indispensable detection and assessment tool in the prevention and treatment of NIHL.
