摘　　要：Cogan综合征(Cogan syndrome,CS)是一种独立的全身性疾病。其主要表现是非梅毒性间质性角膜炎、一侧或双侧快速进展的感音神经性聋、双侧前庭功能损害及系统性血管炎等。由于其罕见、临床表现多样且症状出现无特定顺序,导致临床医生对CS认知相对欠缺,这对疾病的早期诊断及治疗造成一定困难。本文就CS的病因、临床表现、诊断及目前治疗进展进行综述,旨在提高对CS的了解,以期对CS的早期诊断及后期治疗提供思路。Cogan syndrome(CS)is an independent systemic disorder.The main manifestation of this disease includes non-syphilitic interstitial keratitis,vestibular symptoms such as vertigo,severe rapidly progressing sensorineural hearing loss and systemic vasculitis.Due to its rarity,variable clinical manifestation and lack of specific order of presentation,clinicians are relatively unfamiliar with CS,which makes early diagnosis and treatment of the disease difficult.This article reviews the etiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and current treatment of CS,aiming to improve its understanding and provide ideas for its early diagnosis and subsequent treatment.
