摘 要:目的采用数据挖掘方法分析《理瀹骈文》中外用膏药方的用药规律。方法使用Microsoft Excel 2013、SPSS Modeler 15.0、SPSS Statistics 20.0软件,对《理瀹骈文》中的外用膏药方进行频数分析、关联规则分析、因子分析和聚类分析。结果共纳入177首膏药方、390味中药。390味中药中,累计出现频数最高的前3味中药依次是麻油、铅丹、当归;药味以辛味、苦味、甘味最为常见;药性以温性为主;药物归经主要为肝经、肺经、脾经。对高频药物(出现频数≥30次,除麻油、铅丹外)进行关联规则分析得到药物组合22组,包括乳香-白芷-没药、乳香-白芷-没药-当归、没药-乳香-防风等;对高频药物进行因子分析得到6个公因子,其中因子F1含有党参、白芍、白术、熟地黄、黄芪,因子F2含有防风、白芷、羌活,因子F3含有乳香、没药,因子F4含有地黄、黄连、黄芩,因子F5含有陈皮、白术、木香、半夏,因子F6包含生姜;对高频药物进行聚类分析得到5类药物,第一类为乳香、没药、防风、羌活、白芷、川芎、肉桂、大黄,第二类为木香,第三类为当归、地黄、黄连、黄芩,第四类为党参、熟地黄、黄芪、白芍、陈皮、白术、半夏、甘草,第五类为生姜。结论《理瀹骈文》外用膏药方用药呈现辛香性烈、温通走散的特点,且多与行气活血相关,注重与行气活血药物的配伍使用。Objective To analyze the medication rules of external plaster prescriptions in Liyue Pianwen by employing data mining method.Methods The Microsoft Excel 2013,SPSS Modeler 15.0,and SPSS Statistics 20.0 softwares were used for analyses of frequency,association rule,factor and cluster on external plaster prescriptions in Liyue Pianwen.Results A total of 177 plaster prescriptions and 390 Traditional Chinese Medicines were enrolled.The top three Traditional Chinese Medicines with the highest cumulative frequency were sesame oil,lead oxide red,and Angelica sinensis,respectively,the most common flavor of medicinal substances were spicy,bitter,and sweet,and the main property of medicinal substances was warm potency,as well as meridian entry of medicinal substances was mainly involved in the medians of liver,lung,and spleen.A total of 22 herb combinations were obtained by association rule analysis on high frequency herbs(frequency≥30,except for sesame oil,lead oxide red),including Olibanum gum-Radix angelicae-Myrrh,Olibanum gum-Radix angelica-Myrrha-Angelica sinensis,and Myrrha-Olibanum gum-Saposhnikoviae radix,etc.Six common factors were extracted from high frequency herbs by factor analysis,therein,factor F1 contained Codonopsis radix,Paeoniae radix alba,Atractylodes macrocephala koidz,Rehmanniae radix praeparata,and Hedysarum multijugum maxim,factor F2 contained Saposhnikoviae radix,Radix angelicae,and Notopterygii rhizoma et radix,factor F3 contained Olibanum gum,Myrrha,factor F4 contained Rehmanniae radix praeparata,Scutellariae radix,and Coptidis rhizoma,factor F5 contained Citrus reticulata,Atractylodes macrocephala koidz,Aucklandiae radix,Arum ternatum thunb,and factor F6 contained Zingiber officinale roscoe.The cluster analysis of high frequency herbs obtained 5 types of herbs as follows:the first category was Olibanum gum,Myrrha,Saposhnikoviae radix,Notopterygii rhizoma et radix,Radix angelica,Chuanxiong rhizoma,Cinnanmomi cortex,Radix rhei et rhizome,the second category was Aucklandiae radix,the third categor
