摘　　要：目的:分析不同厂家六味地黄浓缩丸的质量差异。方法:选择2020年1月—2020年12月市售5个不同厂家生产的六味地黄浓缩丸作为研究对象,并通过2015版《中国药典》规定项下溶出度、含量测定以及装量差异等相关内容对不同厂家的产品质量进行分析。结果:不同厂家生产的六味地黄浓缩丸在重量上不存在较大差异,全部符合2015版中国药典相关规定;马钱苷以及丹皮酚的含量存在差异。结论:不同厂家生产的六味地黄浓缩丸已达到国家标准所规定的基本要求,但在具体指标上存在明显差异。Objective:To analyze the quality difference of Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills from different manufacturers.Methods:The Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills produced by five different manufacturers on the market from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research object,and the product quality of different manufacturers was analyzed through the dissolution,content determination and the difference in loading under the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,2015.Results:There was no significant difference in the weight of Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills produced by different manufacturers,which all met the relevant provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,2015;There are obvious differences in the contents of loganin and paeonol.Conclusion:The Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills produced by different manufacturers have met the basic requirements of the national standards,but there are significant differences in the specific indicators.
