摘 要:针对风煤富集区域的风-氢-煤化工多能耦合系统(wind power-hydrogen energy storage-coal chemical multi-funtiaonal coupling system,WP-HES&CCMFCS)的低碳问题,基于排放因子法提出一种自上而下和自下而上相结合多能耦合系统的碳排放核算和低碳效益评估方法。首先,阐述多能耦合系统结构及其碳排放核算和低碳效益评估流程;利用广义Bass模型的不同冲击函数设定3种情景,并预测多能耦合系统关键环节风电在各情景下到2025年的技术扩散趋势;其次,综合考虑系统的能量流动约束和稳定运行约束,构建多能耦合系统的碳排放核算和低碳效益评估模型;最后,以新疆地区风电场和煤化工企业为背景进行验证。结果表明,2种低碳情景较既定情景净收益提升分别为7.88%和3.54%,碳配额交易收益提升分别为31.73%和15.39%,并通过灵敏度分析得出2种耦合参数在特定区域时系统规划结果性价比将更低,为后续多能系统规划提供了新思路,并为工程决策者提供了规避低性价比的投资方案。The low-carbon assessment of wind power-hydrogen energy storage-coal chemical multi-funtiaonal coupling system(WP-HES&CCMFCS)in wind-coal enriched areas is focused on,and a carbon emission accounting and low-carbon benefit assessment method with a combined top-down and bottom-up process for a multi-energy coupling system is proposed based on the emission factor method.Firstly,the structure of the multi-energy coupling system and its carbon emission accounting and low-carbon benefit evaluation process are expounded;the different impact functions of the generalized Bass model are adopted to set three scenarios,and the technology diffusion trend in key links of multi-functional coupling system wind power in each scenario to 2025 is predicted.Secondly,the energy flow constraints and stable operation constraints of multi-functional coupling system are comprehensively considered.And an evaluation model for multi-energy coupling system carbon emission accounting and low-carbon benefit is built.Finally,wind farms and coal chemical companies in Xinjiang are taken as the background.The results show that the net income of the two low-carbon scenarios is increased by 7.88%and 3.54%,respectively,compared with the established scenario,and the income of carbon quota trading is increased by 31.73%and 15.39%,respectively.Through sensitivity analysis,it is concluded that the cost performance of the system planning results will be lower when the two coupling parameters are in a specific area,which provides a new idea for subsequent multi-functional system planning and provides a low cost investment scheme for engineering decision-makers.
