摘 要:基于模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M3C)的低频输电系统(LFTS)因其无需建设海上换流站,在中远海上风电送出方案中具有巨大的应用潜力,但目前尚未有文献对LFTS的启停控制深入研究。为了实现低频线路开关在无电压及无电流状态下分合控制的目的,采用了一种柔性启停策略,包括一种无同期的启动策略和一种无电压电流分开关的停运策略。以双端LFTS为分析对象,通过对M3C的灵活控制和启停逻辑的合理设计,无需新增控制装置及检同期的控制策略,可解决LFTS启停时易出现的过压及过流问题。仿真实验结果和结论表明了所提控制策略的正确性,各换流站之间实现完全柔性启停,具有良好的LFTS工程应用前景。Low frequency transmission system(LFTS) based on modular multilevel matrix converter(M3C) has great application potential in medium or long-distance offshore wind power transmission scheme because it does not need to build offshore converter stations. At present, the literature of deeply studying the startup and shutdown control strategy of LFTS is not available. In order to open and close the low-frequency line switches under no voltage or current during the startup and shutdown of LFTS, a flexible startup and shutdown strategy of LFTS is proposed, which contains a startup strategy without detecting switch synchronization and a shutdown strategy for disconnecting switches under the condition of no voltage or current. The double-ended LFTS is taken as an example, a flexible control method is applied in M3C, and a reasonable startup and shutdown strategy is designed. It is found that, without additional control devices and detecting switch synchronization, the over voltage and over current problems can be solved during the startup and shutdown of LFTS. The simulation results show that the flexible startup and shutdown between converter stations can be realized with the proposed control strategy. Also the proposed strategy is correct and the engineering application of LFTS has great prospects.
