摘　　要：目的调查住院患儿家长对婴幼儿发热知识的掌握情况、应对态度以及行为水平现状,了解家长对健康教育的需求情况,为建立科学的教育模式提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的知信行调查问卷对石河子市某三级甲等医院儿科住院部2202例发热婴幼儿的家长进行调查。结果家长对发热知识总体知晓率为54.2%,不同性别、年龄、文化程度以及职业的知晓率存在差异(P<0.05);在教育模式方面,家长更愿意通过网络公众号、宣传折页或手册对婴幼儿发热健康教育知识进行了解。结论婴幼儿发热知识亟待科普,儿科医护人员应该有针对性地进行健康教育,提高家长对患儿发热相关知识知晓率及应对能力,以科学有效护理患儿。Objective To investigate the parents’ knowledge of infant fever,coping attitude and behavior level of hospitalized children,to understand the needs of parents for health education,and to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a scientific education model.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the parents of 2202 febrile infants in the inpatient department of pediatrics in a grade A hospital in Shihezi city.Results The overall awareness rate of parents about fever knowledge was only 54.2%,and there were differences in the awareness rates of different genders,ages,educational levels and occupations(P<0.05);in terms of education mode,parents are more willing to learn about infant fever health education knowledge through online public accounts,promotional brochures or manuals.Conclusion It is urgent to popularize the knowledge of infantile fever.Pediatric medical staff should carry out health education targeted to improve parents’ awareness rate and coping ability of infantile fever,so as to provide scientific and effective care for children.
