中医情志护理联合八段锦对颈性眩晕的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理联合八段锦在颈性眩晕患者中的干预效果。方法选取2020年5月-2021年11月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的94例颈性眩晕患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(加用中医情志护理联合八段锦锻炼),各47例。对比2组眩晕症状、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预前2组眩晕症状、心理状态、生活质量比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)中的眩晕、颈肩痛、头痛、心理及社会适应、日常工作与生活评分为(13.22±1.01)分、(3.15±0.24)分、(1.74±0.12)分、(3.59±0.18)分、(3.66±0.19)分,高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(43.14±6.09)分、(43.76±6.9)分,低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组生理、心理、社会、环境领域评分为(84.10±5.44)分、(85.08±6.37)分、(83.13±6.05)分、(86.63±5.99)分,高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理联合八段锦干预能够减轻眩晕患者眩晕、头痛等症状,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪及生活质量,从而提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin in patients with cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 94 patients with cervical vertigo who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(additional traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin exercise)according to the random number table method.47 cases each.The vertigo symptoms,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in vertigo symptoms,psychological state and quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The scores of headache,psychological and social adaptation,daily work and life were(13.22±1.01),(3.15±0.24),(1.74±0.12),(3.59±0.18),and(3.66±0.19)higher than the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of observation group were(43.14±6.09)points,(43.76±6.9)points lower than the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05);the scores in the physical,psychological,social and environmental domains of the observation group were(84.10±5.44),(85.08±6.37),(83.13±6.05),and(86.63±5.99)score was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of the control group,80.85%,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin intervention can relieve dizziness,headache and other symptoms of vertigo patients,improve anxiety,depression and quality of life,thereby improving nursing satisfaction.
